Spartanburg High Class of 1961

Hey, we're having a reunion at the downtown Spartanburg Marriot on August 19th.  Registration begins at 7:30 PM, and the cost is $40.00 per attendee. 

Late walk-ins will be accepted.

All but about 30 of our classmates have been located.  When we sent out our information packets to the people whose addresses we had, we received back information for several individuals on our missing classmates list.  Still, there are those remaining few we haven't been able to locate and we need your help.

For the record, you are our classmate if at any time during those years we were at Spartanburg High, you were there.  All three years, one year, one month, one day -- it does not matter. 

In fact,  if you went to school  with us at anytime through the years, not just high school, you're welcome to attend. Got that?  If you were with us at Southside or Freemont, Cleveland or Jenkins, or wherever, we'd like to see you again.

Over these last few decades, we've all changed.  But when you're in the room talking to that person you knew way back when, the years will begin to fall away, and there they will be again. 

1961 was a great year, not least of all because it was the year we were turned loose on the world! 

Let's celebrate.
